Episode 12 - Meditation (with Kevin Nahai)
*Firstly, we'll apologise for the audio, and some of the connection issues.
In this episode of the Improvement Podcast, Sean & Dave have the company of special guest Kevin Nahai, all the way from Los Angeles, California. Kevin is known for a few things, including his popular YouTube channel The Other Side, where he discusses very emotional topics and offers brilliant advice to tackle problems and come out stronger at the other side (sorry, unavoidable pun). Today, we discuss the benefits of Meditation, and how to actually get started with it, and keep it a part of your daily routine. I know we definitely learned a lot from Kevin, and we know you will too. Enjoy listening to this awesome guy, and if you have any questions please get in touch with Kevin here.
Questions We Faced Today
How long should we meditate for?
Why isn't meditation working for me?
What should we think about whilst meditating?
What are the benefits of meditation?
Is it better to use a guided meditation or unguided?

Our favourite pieces of advice from the episode. They come in many forms, but all are encouraged and (we like to think) pretty useful.
Kevin's - Start. The point is to improve your quality of mind while you're not meditating. 90 day non-negotiable practice.
Sean's - Dive in. Download an app, and listen to someone who knows what to do.
Dave's - Make time. Be strict if you are serious about it. Create the time for it.
