In this episode of the Improvement Podcast, Sean & Dave talk with Peggy and Jenny from The Improvement Project (hilarious coincidence - we swear, we didn't know when we named our show) all about Motivation. Is it something that we can grow? It seems to come in waves, but can we keep a hold of it for longer than we do? Do we make the best use of our time when we are feeling motivated?

"I have found that I am very motivated in the evening, rather than during the day.  When the day calms down from work etc, I find I can get much more done, and am inspired to do as much as possible.  However, my motivation seems lower when I need it the most.  Any tips on how to switch this around?" - Leanne
