In this episode of the Improvement Podcast, Sean & Dave continue to talk with Peggy and Jenny from The Improvement Project (hilarious coincidence - we swear, we didn't know when we named our show) all about Motivation. Is it something that we can grow? It seems to come in waves, but can we keep a hold of it for longer than we do? Do we make the best use of our time when we are feeling motivated?
