Hydrate (500ml of water)

Make the bed and open curtains.

Exercise (60 minutes)

Shower (15 minutes)

Tidy House (10 minutes)

Meditate (20 minutes)

Plan my day (5 minutes)

F*ck You Task (basically something I am putting off doing) (20 minutes)

Read (30 minutes)

Off to Work
