1 month of blinkest

Apps like Blinkest and Headway always confused me a little.  How is anyone expected to take value from small snippets out of a piece of work?  Surely, the book in question is a certain length for a reason?  I didn't believe I could get any value from this whatsoever... until my friend Dave told me about how it is constructed.  I tried one out and I was instantly hooked.   

I'm now on a bit of a mission to make it part of a daily habit.  Starting with 1 month, and I'll see how far I can go.
