You've heard the saying 'leaders are readers', right?  I heard this for the first time whilst listening to a podcast, and I discovered that it's absolutely true.  Research shows that almost all hyper-successful people across the globe are avid readers. 

I've always enjoyed reading and listening to books, but I made a slight change a few years ago and started engaging with more non-fiction books.  

Below, I've compiled a list of books I've read and highly recommend you give a try.  Just because they're non-fiction, doesn't mean they are boring.  In fact, I found the opposite.  These books kept me super engaged and I feel I took a lot from them.  I will say, these are no in particular order
